CRYPTO → REAL ESTATE

Buying a property with Bitcoin.

You have digital wealth and want physical wealth. The question isn't whether it's possible, but how the transaction is structured so it makes it all the way to the deed without surprises.

The process, step by step

First you choose the property, with us or through your own search. Then we define the structure of the transaction: what part is settled in pesos, at what point, and under what conditions. Your crypto is settled as agreed, the sale is formalized before a notary, and your digital capital ends up converted into a property in your name.

What you need to have ready

Official ID, proof of address, and documentation that proves the source of the funds. This last point isn't an obstacle, it's what makes the transaction solid: a real estate sale goes through a notary, and the notary has their own obligations. Preparing this from the start prevents the deal from falling apart halfway through.

The most common mistake

Approaching the seller saying "I'll pay you in Bitcoin" without having defined beforehand how it will be settled. Most sellers want pesos in their account, not cryptocurrency in a wallet. Our job is to have that conversion resolved before anyone signs anything.
